```Job Overview``` We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment to perform tasks such as excavation, construction, and transportation. This is a vital role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who is skilled, reliable, and safety-conscious. ```Duties``` - Operate commercial vehicles such as backhoes, front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, and cranes - Perform excavation and construction tasks using heavy equipment - Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites - Build and maintain roads, driveways, and other structures - Operate loaders to load and unload materials - Bulldoze and level surfaces as needed - Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning ```Requirements``` - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements - Proven experience operating backhoes, front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, cranes, and other heavy equipment - Tanker endorsement is a plus - Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on equipment - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness If you are a skilled Equipment Operator with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety, we would love to hear from you.
